We offer a wide range of chiropractic and massage therapy, including chiropractic, massage therapy, acupuncture and orthotics, to meet all your health and wellness goals. We welcome all new patients; no referral is necessary. Our team is ready to welcome you!

When you arrive at your first appointment, new patients will be greeted by one of our friendly team members, who will request your completed health history forms. These forms are available on our website to fill out at your own convenience in the privacy of your own home prior to your appointment. You can bring it in with you once completed and we can get started right away with your initial consultation.

Your first visit should last about 60 minutes (including time for paperwork if it is not completed ahead of time). It will usually include a conversation regarding your complete health history overview, followed by a thorough examination, including postural assessment. We will usually perform testing such as surface electromyography, foot scans and posture pictures, as well as take your oxygen saturation level and blood pressure. Next, we will discuss your health goals and concerns, leaving ample time for you to ask any questions you might have, and have them thoroughly answered. If required, we will send you to another facility to get X-rays. If we do not have to send you for any additional testing, you will receive your first adjustment and be on your way within about an hour.

Your first visit is a chance to discuss all of your options for treatment and have any questions you have thoroughly answered. Our goal is to make sure you are completely comfortable moving forward. Remember, your care plan is your decision! We will give you our recommendation based on your specific condition and your own health care goals, but it is always up to you to move forward with the care that works best for you.

At your second appointment, we will go over the results of all tests and examinations performed. We will show you where the restrictions are in your spine that may predispose you to pain and discomfort, as well as discuss the possible causes of those restrictions. Your posture pictures and foot scans will be detailed, with an explanation of how posture and your feet affect your body’s function. The surface electromyography will allow us to show you where stress is placed on your back.

After discussing your particular issue and goals, we will recommend a treatment plan along with any additional solutions such as massage or acupuncture that may help you.

You will see your doctor according to your individualized treatment recommendations. Along the way, we will give you exercises specific to addressing your issue, as well as advice on nutrition and other lifestyle components where applicable and necessary.

When your plan is completed, we will do another examination so that we can compare new scans, pictures and examination results to your first day with us.
