Growing up, I was the kid who was in all the sports. Mainly, I played soccer and volleyball, but I dabbled in Track and Field and Basketball too. I frequented the chiropractor throughout my athletic career and thought how wonderful it would be if I could help people the way I was helped. The rest was history! I attended Valley City State University in Valley City, ND and graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Health Science while playing for the volleyball team there. After graduating from VCSU I enrolled at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN in the Doctor of Chiropractic program.
With some Southern Alberta roots and the mountains calling my name, I made the move to Alberta and haven’t looked back! My passion is very much physical activity and exercise. I wanted to build a practice around this passion and I continue to use it every day in my practice. Not only is it something that I love to do and to teach, it is something that can be pivotal in your wellness journey.
I started my journey by opening Willow Creek Chiropractic in Claresholm, and now I am so excited that I get to expand my reach in helping more people in the Okotoks and Calgary area by joining the ##Complete Health team!
