Our Administration Team is here to assist you in understanding your insurance plan so you can best utilize your coverage. To guarantee accuracy when dealing with your insurance company, please verify your coverage prior to starting services. Health insurance is a complex subject; while it is not possible for us to know every detail, limit, or exclusion involved in all the plans we deal with, we endeavour to assist you in understanding and navigating coverage details the very best we can.

Please note that the treatment we recommend will always be based on your individual health and wellness needs, regardless of the nature and extent of your health plan coverage.

Please note that despite our efforts, due to the Canadian Personal Privacy Act, we have limited access to any specific information from your health insurance company regarding your plan. It is your responsibility to know the parameters of your health coverage plan and to provide our office with accurate and current insurance information.

Complete Health Chiropractic & Massage is able to accept most insurance providers. Depending on the terms of your specific health insurance plan, you may be eligible to receive full or partial coverage for our services. However, you are responsible for the session(s) and requesting reimbursement from your extended health care plan/Insurance provider, unless other arrangements have been made prior to the session. Therefore, before booking your first session, you may want to check with your insurance provider to see if they cover the service of your chosen practitioner.

We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Please be prepared to pay the full session fee if your insurance does not reimburse you. Payment for our services is required at the time of your appointment. Fees are subject to change.
